I’ve seen it happen to some degree in nearly every single transaction in my career as a Plainfield and Naperville Realtor; there are times in every real estate transaction where the entire deal can fall apart. In the days following the signing of a sales contract, many Illinois home sales hinge on: the attorney review period, a home inspection contingency, a mortgage finance contingency, a home sale contingency, concessions for any repairs that the inspection reveals, and even the termite inspection. There is no way to predict what issues can threaten to void your Plainfield or Naperville sales contract, but my job is to help make sure that the lines of communication between buyers and sellers stays open. Actually, it’s my job to work in the best interest of my client, but I think the two go hand in hand. When it comes things beyond any ones control, my compassion and empathy has a history of getting things done. Im persuasive and more often than not, its paid off!
