How your Chicagoland Realtor can sweeten up a sour deal Leave a comment »
I’ve seen it happen to some degree in nearly every single transaction in my career as a Plainfield and Naperville Realtor; there are times in every real estate transaction where the entire deal can fall apart. In the days following the signing of a sales contract, many Illinois home sales hinge on: the attorney review period, a home inspection contingency, a mortgage finance contingency, a home sale contingency, concessions for any repairs that the inspection reveals, and even the termite inspection. There is no way to predict what issues can threaten to void your Plainfield or Naperville sales contract, but my job is to help make sure that the lines of communication between buyers and sellers stays open. Actually, it’s my job to work in the best interest of my client, but I think the two go hand in hand. When it comes things beyond any ones control, my compassion and empathy has a history of getting things done. Im persuasive and more often than not, its paid off! I have never had a property not close.
The bottom line is that buyers want to buy, and sellers want to sell. Im not just a Plainfield and Naperville Realtor, I’m a negotiator. I help people find the middle ground using facts and data to help support their emotional decisions. I believe there has got to be a balance between how much you want that house, and what the numbers say you should pay. I also know that emotion also plays a part in a sellers desire to warrant a higher selling price. The numbers don’t lie, and closed comps tell the truest story about Plainfield and Naperville real estate market conditions. Sour deals can always be negotiated when armed with the right information, and there is always a middle ground! Let me help you negotiate your next real estate transaction. Call me at 630-673-6233.
