Tall Grass of Naperville is located just west of Rt 59 and north of 103rd.  Its a beautiful clubhouse community on the southern end of Naperville. 

There are currently 56 homes listed for sale in Tall Grass in Naperville, ranging in price from $534,900 to $1,125,000 in May 2008.  The average list price for a home in Tall Grass is $674,390 with an average market time of 188 days.

In the last 3 months only 1 property closed in Tall Grass.  It was marketed at $729,000 and sold for $699,000 in only 2 days.

The fact that we are just now coming out of the slower winter months here in the Illinois, make it understandable that so little closings have actually taken place in the past three months in Tall Grass. Looking back a little further, you get a better feel for Tall Grass, and Naperville, as a whole.

School age residents of Tall Grass attend Fry elementary, Scullen Middle School and Nequa Valley High School; all part of the Indian Prairie District #204 in Naperville.
